Micro Silica

Micro Silica is formed as an outcome of fast oxidation as well as condensation of silicon dioxide, oxygen and Si gas in air at more than 2000 degree C temperature. Powder based silica is used as suitable filler for filling the pores of cement particles. Silica based powder is also effective in improving water cement ratio that can decrease density of cement based slurry to enhance its compactness. Micro Silica powder has significant role in improving flexural strength, compressive strength and air permeability level of cement. Offered in gray powder form, this range of silica has standard shelf life.
